Terms of Service
Last updated October 30, 2026
1. The service
Ushow (“we”) provides time and presentation tools at ushow.us, such as Speaker Timer, Teleprompter and sharing a screen with Room Share. By using them you agree to these terms.
The tools work on a screen without an account. Controlling a screen from your phone needs a Google sign-in on the phone and one of: a Day Pass, a Pro subscription, or free access with ads. Sharing a screen with other people needs a Day Pass or Pro. Presenting or watching needs no account, only what the host allows.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account controls one screen at a time.
3. Payments
Stripe processes all payments. The price is shown before you pay.
- A Day Pass is a one-time payment for 24 hours of phone remote control, starting when the payment is confirmed. Buying another adds 24 hours.
- A Pro subscription is charged monthly until you cancel. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
If a price changes, we tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Free access with ads
If you choose free access, sponsor cards appear on the screen and on your phone. You may not block, hide or alter them in order to keep using this option.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Ushow to break the law, to interfere with the service or other people’s screens, or to get around payment, access limits or security checks.
6. Your content
Your agendas, scripts and files are yours, and you are responsible for what you put on a screen and for having the right to show it. They stay on your devices and travel directly between them; see our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
Ushow is provided “as is”. Phone control depends on your network and browser, and it can fail or drop. Do not rely on it where a failure could cause injury, damage or a safety risk. We may change or stop features.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$10. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
9. Ending use
You can stop using Ushow at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account; to delete it, write to us.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: [email protected].
